As part of his many years of training, Christian Hardy (Owner, Executive Chef, and Pastry Chef) took two years to specialize in pastries and desserts. His first year was spent at the Culinary Institute of America in Greystone, Napa where he received his Baking and Pastry Certificates and graduated with highest honors. He then traveled to Paris, France to study at Ecole Lenôtre, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world. There he received his Grand Diplomme in Culinary Arts. After finishing his formal training his studies continued with learning the newest techniques from top cake professionals in the field, such as Master Sugar Artist Kerry Vincent.
